Well this past weekends activities were a nice break and change of pace but, I am happy to be back home training at NBS. Since I am on the first cycle of CTP all these workouts are destroying me as they are the first time I am being introduced to them. I am still learning how to isolate musculature better and be more efficient with my movements.
A very odd phenomena started to happen as I began training with David, a barrel chest and trunk started to develop without my authorization. I will ride this wave of development and see where it goes, lol.
The finisher today was Hamstrings curls, they hurt so bad that I literally felt violated and could not be in a comfortable position. Looking forward to sharing more painful experiences with everyone and putting on more muscle during this extended hypertrophy phase in pursuit of become a bigger competition in the 181 class!
