I think you can hit the Dec 14 meet as it’s close but not too close and also not that far off. I think you can get more on the squat and dead for sure and should bench 210ish maybe more. BUT - you will need for real rest after the meet so allow things to heal. At 4-5 weeks out you can’t train around things without losing pounds off lifts. You have to train through things as best and smart as you can. You have to factor this into the decision as it will take more recovery on your end, it won’t be mentally easy and it will take more of a time commitment. Only you know if it’s worth it.

The other option is shut it down now and heal up to hit something in the spring.
