Nothing crazy here, my back has been giving me some issues so I have stayed pretty light. The elitefts ss yoke bar seems to put me in the best position where I am relatively pain free.
I used the bands to still stimulate my nervous system and feel some heavy-ish weight on my back, but deload at the bottom where the most stress on my back occurs.

I hit 1 rep at 275 and I could really feel it in my low back, so I backed it back down to 225.

My lower body days aren't that exciting. I'm doing what I can to get healthy ASAP
