Today is deadlift day and the goal is to build up my hams and glutes. I will be using rdls for the next several weeks to start this.

one regular deadlift and then 3 rdls. I usually do these out of a rack and have john pull the pins. He was late and I just did them like this to save time.

My posterior chain is weak. No wonder my DL sucked at the meet.
