Me and the wife are headed to South Carolina this weekend for a marathon. It's her 11th or 12th one.  She decided she is going to go for one in each state for a while.  I don't care as long as the beers cold when we get there.  Due to the 7 hour ride I had to pull today.

Romanian deadlift.  Did these off 5 inch blocks while standing on a plate.  Goal is to do one block pull and then 3 rdls. I'm pausing the bar at just below the knee before coming up
