Tonight was a deload day. I haven't pulled sumo since the meet and took the time to do some technique work.

Nice and simple. It felt good pulling off the floor. My leg is coming along. I was very tempted to keep climbing up but I stuck to the plan. I have another mini cycle of RDLS and and squat less workouts before I return to pulling regularly.  I will maintain the feet up close grip bench work as well. That will give me two full months of rest on my leg. I hope that's enough.
