So as planned. We went in today for our first DL day. It went well. I was nervous how my back would feel after squatting 3 days ago and if I would be fresh enough to pull. Turns out I felt fine. My adductors were a little tight but not bad else wise. I felt fresh and focused as supposed to just getting the work done like the usual all in one day.

good workout tonight. I haven't put much thought into the scheme yet. We have the percents worked out for the heavy and cat work but we need to lay out our weekly assistance work to get in the good stuff.

I came across your profile here while looking for some information on power lifting. My son is 14 and has been doing cross fit for just over two years now. He's a pretty big kid and enjoys the bigger compound movements.
