I am currently in an "off-season" phase focused on putting on some serious bodyweight while still getting stronger. I'm also raising an awesome infant boy, while still working, training and living life. My next competition will be the USS National Championship in late June where I'll be competing in the 220# class.

My hamstring seems to be back to 100% now so I'm able to push my lower body movements a bit harder now. I was pretty happy with this rep PR - especially since it's the heaviest I've went on deads in a few months. I do think I'm good for a 700# pull in the near future. I'm typically not one to test very often, especially in training, but that's a number I'd like to hit very soon. Overall this was a good training day and things are moving along nicely.
