I tried to keep the rest at 90 seconds or less on the first 5 and 2 minutes or less on the second five sets.

Deadlift vs light band
405 x 2 - 3 sets
455 x 2 - 2 sets
495 x 2 - 1 set
545 x 2 - 2 sets
585 x 2 - 2 sets

10 total sets in about 13 mintues. For me that was a lot in a short time. I felt great though!
