First deadlift day since I tweaked my back. up to this point, I wasn't sure if it was just a tweak or something worse. Not that I went really heavy today, but I'm happy to be pain free.
My back was really, really tight since I tweaked it and hasn't felt normal. So, I spent 20 minutes stretching and doing mobility work before I warmed up.
To start my warm up I hit 2x10 straight leg deadlift and 2 x10 sumo deadlift at 135lbs.

The last set wasn't bad at all, I just called it there and walked away pain free. Next week I plan to let it go a little more and see what I got.
Accessory work:
5x10 heavy lat pull down
5x10 glute ham raise
5x10 dumbbell straight leg deadlift.
It is definitely frustrating not being 100%. I plan to see the chiropractor and get some deep tissue work in soon and keep moving forward.
