Lat pull downs 3 x 15 hold last rep for 10 seconds - 110lb cable pull downs
Stiff arm pull downs 3 x 10 - 80lbs
Texted old teammate and friend, Marshall Johnson. He’s given Casey some guidance and insight with gear before. This is something new to me and to get a gist of what I should be ‘feeling’ when setting up will help with cues. All I know is my head feels like it’s going to pop.
Two things to work on:
1: knees do not travel forward, bring the bar to you not you to the bar. Your hips start at a great height but you bring yourself to the bar to get in position
2: your bodyweight/shoulders are in front of the bar, forcing you still start on your toes, pitched forward. You want your shoulders straight over/in line with the bar
