San Fran was life changing to say the least. I am overwhelmed with emotions. Leading up to the trip was stressful. The trip was stressful. And returning to a home that didn’t feel like home was stressful. Making the desicion to end a relationship and a friendship was the easiest yet hardest thing to do.

Coming back, with this life change, my focus has shifted. Once I have the words to explain what I am trying to say, I will share it with you all. Or, maybe it’s the time to just keep my mouth shut. The confusion. The hurt. I don’t have it all together. Something we  can all relate to.

I want to connect with people. Get lost in helping others. I truly believe that you find yourself in the act of serving others. To say that I’m honored to be part of this team is an understatement because it gives me the opportunity and platform to do so.

Today, I went to the one thing that is always there - the iron:

Warm up: 135lbs 2 x 5, 185lbs x 3

Working sets: 225lbs 6 x 3

Stiff leg deadlift deficits 4 x 6 - 185lbs

Good mornings with SSB bar (no weight) 3 x 20 (15 sec rest)

One legged RDL's - 3 x 10 per side 50lb kettlebell x banded abductions 3 x 10

Treadmill 20 minutes / incline 5.5 speed 3.5

and if you need me, I’m here.
