I messaged Dave asking for what the missing piece is on my deadlift. It's the only lift that doesn't really come as naturally to me and I always feel like I'm missing or forgetting something.
I had a bit of an aha moment when he told me I wasn't driving my hips over the knee. I need to be cueing that in my head from the beginning instead of waiting until I get stuck or slow down. It moved much better today.
