10 Weeks Out from USAPL Cbus Lifting Co. Spring Classic
This weekend I did some deadlifting; my final work set being 425x10 (slow and controlled), followed by singles with 495, 550, and 585. The most I've pulled with straps is 570 (my best comp pull being 625 - I always pull less with straps), so I was happy with how things went. I've been working on staying tighter and more patient in the beginning of my pulls to make lockout easier. Chipping away!
Deadlift Day (Saturday):
A. Warm-Up - Breathing Drills, RPR Points
B. Kettlebell Swings - 3x5
C. Deadlifts - % sets

Competitively - My last competition was the UPA Winter Rack Attack on December 17th (competed raw at 220lbs). It was my second meet back transitioning to competing raw, and my goal entering next year is to qualify for a larger raw competition (whether it be at the Arnold or elsewhere).
