Ugly deadlifts call for...more deadlifts until you get it right.

Worked up to 375 x 1 - I don't think I've ever deadlifted as ugly as I did today. Didn't think it was possible. But sometimes the impossible is possible. I didn't include the video just to save your eyes but it's a matter of avoiding old habits and applying ones you learned. Combining the two may happen in the process.
