So we are always taught to train what we suck at right, well my coach likes to take that to the extreme. Not only am I terrible at conventional deadlifting, add in some deficit's and we have an interesting exercise prescription for me, lol. We are in an "off season" period so the volume is high making me "love" conventional deadlifting day. Top set working weight today was 4x4 @445, the largest issue I ran into was getting the external rotation on my under grip arm. I had a ton of strain on my wrist and shoulder, for me the deficit made this extremely difficult for that hand. Finished everything as prescribed trying not to pass out from holding my breath for all four reps.
