A quick rundown of my latest training, Sunday I did not log my training but it was leg raises, GHR's, Reverse Hyper face pulls and a whole lot of demo's. New lifters and team training took all my attention.

I had full intentions of pulling last night and I woke up yesterday with severe back pain. I do believe in curses and I do believe in Karma. A quote from my latest article that isn't even publish yet "I haven't had back pain since". Well son of a bitch, I have no idea what I did, no explanation but I can't sit or stand comfortably.

So no pulling for me but my training partner Carri pulled an all time PR and joined the 300 club. I was so excited for her, this is an amazing milestone for her.

Anyway, again minimal training, working on getting my back feeling better. We did the hanging Donnie Thompson spine decompression trick and Ken has been using the percussor and the dolphin neurostims to try and help my pain.

I'm feeling really down this week. I guess as with everyone, life has it's ups and downs.
