This was a major mental victory, I missed this last week playing with my header imagine sponsor, but I knew I had it in me. Kicked things up and low and behold. Two years ago I could barely pull 675 to end a meet, I drive everywhere with my DL bar - we are not breaking up anytime soon, I'd love to tug mid 8's sometime later this year.

Accessory Work 

Block pulls ( two inches below the knee) I usually do these in the 70% range,

540 x 3 x 3 trying to focus on a 1-second hold at the top.

Sumo block pulls ( two inches below the knee)

500 for two sets of 5

Hammer curls two progressive sets of 12-15 reps

all of that is a copy and paste lie ^ I didn't do shit but get in my car and drive home.
