I'm still having trouble getting into position and using my briefs properly. It's been 3 weeks training in them and I'm starting to think they are stretched too big at this point. Again, I can't wait to get some input from Dave and fellow teammates at the LTT seminar. I've been getting some tips from Marshall - still leaning forward a bit and not sitting back and putting all the pressure in my heels. Almost as if you want to fall back with the bar.

It's been a pleasure training with Joe and John as well. When I realized my bench went to shit forgetting the basics. I also realized the intensity that comes with training. I usually trained alone. Then we would have a big group to train with on Saturdays. They are keeping me accountable. After deads, we did stiff leg deficits. I started with 135lbs and it felt good. Kept adding weight because Joe and John were too. 225lbs on the bar and I wanted to die. I made the comment if I didn't train with them today, I probably would have stayed at 135lbs. Yikes.

Getting complacent with training creeps up on you and this was a big gut check.
