Some days you need to "go into the void" and forget everything .
Today was one of those days.
My knees were less painful than usual and I took total advantage of them.
- Leg press heavy sets of 20 reps till I could no longer get 20 reps
- walking lunges 200 total with my body weight 100 per leg
- lyin leg curl 2 x50
- stiff deads 135x10x10
- goblet squats 40lb DB 4x25
And done!
