This April, I competed at CPU Nationals, placing second in the 63kg open category with an 825 lb total, just one pound behind first place.
With the guidance of Steve Goggins, I am in pursuit of greatness, both on and off the platform.

This was one of my really bad sick days, I never take sick days or miss training sessions and I wasn't about to start. Warm ups felt good, but my energy felt low. It wasn't until the last set (shown below) that I got really sloppy.  I have always had a good old hyper lordosis (huge arch in my low back), and any bit of rounding during deadlifts is enough to fry my erectors for a full week... and guess who's having trouble touching her toes today?
This girl!
Things got sloppy, not normal for me.
I ended up cancelling some of my later clients that day because I was really dizzy and nauseous.

There is a lot wrong with this, so I added a photo of the beautiful Yessica to take your mind off of it!
