*7 Weeks Out from Lexen Xtreme Fall Classic*
Today's Squat/Deadlift movement was Deficit Deadlifts. I did doubles up to 525 then took a fairly smooth single with 550. Definitely have some positioning improvements to make but overall these moved better than I anticipated.
Notes for Improvement: Better upper back tightness, set hip position better to keep from shifting forward.
