Squatting is probably my most concerned lift this training cycle. It just never seems to come together when I want it to the most. Let me put it this way: I've been squatting between 260-298 for the last 3-4 years or so, and this past meet, I JUST broke the 300 barrier. What I'm trying to say is appreciate the little things. My weight has been increasing in the slowest possible way but I'm squatting that weight better and better each time and the last few meets I've gone 3/3. So this is definitely a humbling movement.

Thankfully I can't say that with bench and deads. Those numbers keep increasing but there's always room for improvement and smart ways to bring your bench and deads up without the potential of getting injured. Consistency is what I'm trying to achieve with these lifts.
