6 Weeks Out from XPC Finals @ The Arnold Classic

Last weekend was a deload on speed day before we begin Circa Max this next week for squat. My old training partners and friends Mario and Ben came up to train, and we did 8x2 w/ 415+Average Bands, followed by a few extra singles to work on more aggressive setup after talking to Dave Tate.

I've naturally a really analytical person, and it lends itself to making good improvements in training, but at times I just need to stop thinking so much and just TRAIN. Dave told Mario and I that at 6 weeks out, we need to stop trying to make changes and adjustments and just get aggressive and lift. This was good to hear, and especially with all the crap that's been affecting my training lately, I need to take on this attitude. Enough overthinking, time to dig deep and put my head down for these last 5 weeks..

A1. Standing Pull-Down Ab Warm-Up - 3x20

A2. ShouldeRok - 3x12 each side

B. Box Squats - 8x2, 2x1 - 415+Avg Bands

C. Speed Pulls - 8x1 w/ 315+Avg Bands

D. GHR - 3x8

E. Pull-Down Abs -3x10
