It was recommended to me to start getting massages every so often. My body lately with all the volume and work overload, it's been feeling pretty tight in certain areas. I usually train through it, and I don't take the time to stretch post workout -- which is stupid of me. So I've made it a point to see someone every 2-3 weeks; my right shoulder and hip have been feeling 'off' the most due to over head presses, so I want to avoid anything from happening -- training and rehabbing smart.
