I just got back from the beach with the family.  6 days of sun, beer, seafood,  and arcades.  It was a great time.  In pure coincidence my deload week happened to fall on my week away.  I have a firm no training on vaca policy. And i stayed true.  I did go on a hour long bike ride in a giant 4 person car bike thing though and my ass and legs definitely felt that.  We we came home today and I ran over to the gym for a quick one before I had to be back for swim practice.
