315 x 5 x 5 - Double overhand until last three sets. My grip needs improvement.

Accessories

SHELC’s: 3 x 8 (Supine Hip Elevated Med Ball Leg Curls)

Bulgarian Split Squats: 3 x 6, cut out last two reps per set.  These just tear the knee up but I am able to hang in there and modify appropriately.
