There is a master plan brewing right now. There have been some changes and more are coming. The plan will cover competition plans, nutrition and training. I am just not ready to talk about it just yet until everything is plugged in and ready to go.

Word on the street is that the next cycle is going to suck. Or my interpretation of what sucking is. I have a long road back to where I was and then to surpass. The reality is getting back to where I was is pretty intimidating in my mind but each day I show up and put the work in, is another day closer to where I need to be. I've been down and out with my lifting for far too long, it's awesome to flip it around with forward momentum.
