6 weeks out from the 21 deadlift salute on the main stage at the Arnold. If you read my last post, my gym flooded due to an overhead pipe bursting. Needless to say, the past few days have been a literal disaster. Countless hours of work and thousands of dollars in stuff ruined.
At this point I was completely exhausted. Only logical thing to do at this point was take a coupe Alieve, a caffeine pill, extra scoop of pre workout, and a lot of Toast Screamin Menthol. was
The past few weeks I've been pulling against elitefts average bands trying to increase the weight and keep the bar speed as close to the same as possible. Last week I hit 505, this week 545, next week I plan to hit 585 vs bands and it should set me up for a pretty good pull in March.
Warmup:
Straight leg DL 2x10 at 135
Bands on- 2 reps at: 135, 225, 315.
1 rep at: 365, 405, 455, 495, 545
Last rep felt heavy but moved pretty well.
To finish it off:
5 sets of:
10 cable pull throughs
10 hanging leg raise
10 Standing Abs
