1 Min Double Clean & Press x 2 rounds
1 Min Double Clean and Push Press x 2 rounds
Double Compounds x 2 Rounds
5 Swings/ 5 Highpulls/ 5 Cleans/ 5 Presses/ 5 Squats
Training with double bells really teaches you to be even on both sides, no weak side, no dominate side. It helps your co-ordination as well. Short on time? double it up, works amazing.
I love the sweat I get lifting Kettlebells and the amazing conditioning you get as well.
Can't wait to train with Traci Tate tomorrow, I'm sure she will want to do some kettlebells at the S4 compound!
