Short on time? Unbalanced on both sides? Want more bang for your buck, this is how the Outlaws trained tonight, we got a good sweat on and doubled our pleasure.

W/U Joint Mobility

Swing Ladders = 10 Kg-26 Kg x 200 swings

2 Mins figure 8 Holds with squat

2 Mins Snatches x 3 sets (teaching new athletes & working on technique)

2 Min Squat sequence (Drop Squat/Sumo Pull/Swing Squat)

1 Min Double Swinging Rows Super Set with Highpulls

1 Min Double Clean & Press x 2 rounds

1 Min Double Clean and Push Press x 2 rounds

Double Compounds x 2 Rounds

5 Swings/ 5 Highpulls/ 5 Cleans/ 5 Presses/ 5 Squats

Training with double bells really teaches you to be even on both sides, no weak side, no dominate side. It helps your co-ordination as well. Short on time? double it up, works amazing.

I love the sweat I get lifting Kettlebells and the amazing conditioning  you get as well.

Can't wait to train with Traci Tate tomorrow, I'm sure she will want to do some kettlebells at the S4 compound!
