5 days out until the Outlaws take the Agatsu platforms by storm. Monday nights are always a fun crazy night of training, we have competitors getting in their sport set, we have members just wanting some metabolic conditioning and we are a team training for a relay event. Lots to do, lots to coach and lots of fun.

Double compounds are amazing if you have a pair of bells I can give you a training program with compounds that would blow your mind and your body. My shoulder pressing strength is coming along nicely and I am able to snatch an 8 Kg bell now with my arm almost straight, that is progress ! What are you training for ?
