You can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink it. You can tell me I need shoulder surgery, then give me the flu that put me in bed for 24 hours or more but you can't keep me from training my legs.

It's been a pretty crappy week for me but I will get over it, always do, dropped 5 lbs from the flu bug and I am trying not to get depressed over this shoulder injury.

Last night's training was different, trying to find modifications on things I usually train with like reverse hypers, squats, deadlifts, you know all the main moves for my powerlifting that I can't do now because of my shoulder. Who knew a shoulder could affect so many different training aspects, I thought ok, well so what I can't do arms, no biggie...... insert big sad face here, can't squat with a bar, can't deadlift, can't can't can't I hate that word .

Wanted to do heavy static holds but I was training alone and couldn't get this in on this training session so I will do it tonight.

GHR REVERSE HYPERS (Never tried this, great modification being able to let my injured shoulder hang ) Tougher than they look, next time I will add a resistance band.

GHR SUPERSET WITH SITUPS (I already know this will be my go too)

20/20   20/20   20/20   20/20

I kept the training short tonight, spent about an hour still feeling not 100 % and was having some dizzy spells. Next session sled drag hell.
