Great night of lifting to end a sub par week. I usually alternate my Friday night workout depending on what day I train at elitefts over the weekend. Saturday is max effort lower body and Sunday is max effort upper body. Since I am making the hour drive north to London tomorrow I hit my speed bench tonight instead of squatting.

The energy in the crew was pretty good tonight, which usually translates to a good training session for me.

Warmup: bar x 10, 135x 10 , 135+ mini bands doubled over x 10, 185 + bands x 5
Working sets:
205 + Bands 10x1 with about 1 min rest in between
last set I hit 20 reps, the first 15 fast, the last 5 not as much.

Dumbbell incline press 3x15
Seated Cable Rows 3x30.

Today was a pretty good one. Hoping it continues tomorrow. Training Max effort lower at elitefts is always rough for me. All of the other guys who train there probably out squat me raw, plus they usually train in at least briefs, so to keep up I have to have a good day.
