*11 Weeks Out from Lexen Xtreme Fall Classic*
Today's I did my speed squats without a box or bands/chains, to sort of deload and also get some practice in with my free squatting technique before I work up to heavy full-gear squats next weekend..
Notes for Improvement: Need to push into middle-outside of foot better when I spread the floor, also need to stay tighter so I can explode better out of the hole.

Next Week's Training: Heavy Squats in Full Gear up to Around 90-95%
A. Standing Ab Pulldown Warm-Up - 5x12 squat stance & staggered
B. GHR (rear elevated) - 4x8
C. Speed Squats (short rest periods)
6x1 w/ 325lbs
4x1 w/ 375lbs
D. Speed Pulls
5x1 w/ 325+Average Bands
1x1 w/ 365lbs no bands
D. Back Attack Machine - 5x12
E. Standing Abs (Heavy) - 4x10
