Had 3 days off from lifting. Worked 36 hours in those 3 off days. Generally always feel highly inflamed and sluggish after 12 hr shifts. Wish my body would tolerate my work better. Walking fast paced with very little sitting or resting takes a toll on my joints and blood pressure. I know they sedentary work is bad for you but at this rate I'll have so much arthritis I'll be disabled. I could very well just stay in bed all day like most of my patients that hurt all over because they choose to give into their wide spread pain. Not me I welcome it! It allows me to "feel", I would love to not to be in pain however I am still able to push through. I rather be here and feel then be in bed and feel nothing.
Slept a good 6 hours which is good for me. Which means I was in bed for 8 hours it just takes me forever to fall asleep and to stay asleep.
Training session was great! Still pain in my hips and left knee and left shoulder but overall was controlled.
