Feeling a little crappy today, almost ran out of time to train. Speed round it is. Keeping it all light and working on my ultra wide sumo pulls was one way to keep it really light weight.

5 round: it was rough..... exactly what I needed.

  • 10 ultra wide pulls: 135lbs
  • 8 DB dead lifts: 55lbs DB
  • 6 KB swings 40lbs

Terrible video Angle and quality. Looking to get new phone soon. By soon I mean probably in January.  I definitely need one that can with stand a few dunks in water, since its my new hobby. Dang it!
