In Pittsburgh for the Holidays! Casey took me to Umberger Performance gym-- where I will be training when I'm in town visiting. Yesterday we hit upper body dynamic. Not in any routine yet but planning to do a meet to qualify for GPC Worlds. Nothing set in stone but seems like a pretty good meet to prep for.

Christmas Eve training:

Box squats 8 x 2 @ 50%

Speed pulls 6 x 2 @ 65%

one legged RDL's 10 x 3 (each) - 60lb DBs

GHR's (BW) - 3 x 8

Backward sleds (3 plates) - 3 rounds for distance
