Finally made it out to Elitefts to train. Its been at least 6 weeks. Weird, when I'm used to training out there every weekend. Priorities change when work and school come first and yeah... and sleep. It was refreshing to see happy faces when I walked into the gym. I have been training alone which is good because its on my time, my schedule ....no rushing and no one is standing me up. But it was fun to be around good people.

Speed bench: 155x5x5

Bamboo bar 4x20 with 10 second hold

Cable fly 3x20

Kettle bell suspended triceps extensions and close chest press 12 and 12 -  4 sets

Single grenade cable triceps push downs 4x20
