I'm at that tough point in training where heavy benching tightens up my back which sucks for deadlifts, and heavy deadlifts tightens up my hips and mid back for benching/squatting. At this point I need to be taking extra care of my body with massage, rolling, stretching, tractioning, etc.
The bar felt really light coming off my chest, and I really feel like I left a lot in the tank. I am really excited to see how my bench has progressed at Nationals. The weight at my top set here is 5 lbs heavier than my opener for provincials.
