Current total: 830.5 at 132 lb BW - Florida State and National Record Holder in Junior and Open Women's Raw division

Qualified National Strongman competitor and will be competing in Nationals this coming October to qualify for The Arnold in 2016

I am here to live, learn, and pass on.

Worked with percentages and conditioning today. Still struggling with the log clean and press; still feeling worn out after the clean and not being explosive on the press.

Log Press (clean and press)

Comp weight: 135lbs - Did 70% for 4 x 5

Farmers Walks

Comp weight 160lbs - Did 70% 80ft x 4 (timed)

All were just over 10 seconds, so I definitely need to be quicker, especially using lighter weight than comp.

Keg x Prowler (conditioning)

4 x 100ft - best time was 16.4

Depending on the competition you are doing, some allow you to hold the keg from the bottom, others you need to start by the handles, so I wanted to do both.

Good thing about filming is you get to replay and analyze what you're doing and I didn't notice I was going around the keg (maybe it's instinct), but it was eating up my time. Andy Deck gave some good pointers and said that I should carry the keg from the bottom end a little higher to give my leg unrestricted range of motion.

He also mentioned to start the prowler push with my arms in a position more like when you're benching and the bar is on your chest, you will get a lot more power from the start. I'm 11 weeks out so plenty of time to work and improve.
