2016 has been a productive strongman season returning back to the sport. In June I took third place in the Open SHWW with United States Strongman. In September I won the HWW America's Strongest Master with Strongman Corporation. I would like to continue to make improvements and push my performance considerably for next year.

As of right now, I have no competition plans until next year. I am not sure what they will be but am using this down time to address some weaknesses, particularly 12" log and circus DB. Grip training will return as well.

While meeting with my strongman club weekly, I've realized as they become more proficient, I will also be able to train alongside of them. My mission over break is to get back into shape so I don't look like a doof training alongside them. I want to keep the work my strongman people do separate from my own training because each week we are both learning so much.  However, I will tell you I have got a hardcore little group of ladies working hard. And they are STRONG!

My training is mimicking what they are currently doing with my only goal of getting back into training and working hard.
