Fix Shit That Sucks Day

My lats suck, so this is a back day with some other shit tossed in like bi's and tri's.

This day was high volume

pull-ups 50 reps assisted to get the lats firing

I did a ton of horizontal rowing, nothing less than 50 reps per exercise.

curls are lame, tricep work is fun, worked out the soreness got a good pump, took a dump and called it a day.
