Friday was just a mess of a day (mentally and emotionally) so I know when to just give in and reboot my mind and my body. I also had to work late. Moved my extra bench day to Saturday morning. Casey had a friend from College come into town for a wedding, and I believe he is doing his programming, so he wanted to meet up for a training session and have Casey just critique his lifts and give him pointers.
I felt very focused on Saturday so I took full advantage. Goggins said during an interview with Ed Coan "you live for the days that you can have good days." Ever since I heard him say that, it resonated with me and that's the first thing I think of on a good training day.
