Coach destroyed me with 5x3 on bench today, I cannot tell you the last time I used a fat bar and chain's on my bench, well over six month's ago for sure. The first two sets of this I felt as though I was going to be crushed and my soul taken from me but, it was those two set's that I needed to find my groove. My last four sets were by no mean's fast but waaaayyyyy smoother, after this I got my bro on and chased the pump.
