I felt like total garbage after yesterday's dynamic effort lower, which should never be the case. My IT bands were killing me. My low back was pumped up. And I felt run down. So today the goal was to get back to feeling good. So I bounced around from a few warm up exercises, some bench exercises, then some back work. And I felt a lot better leaving than I did walking in.
