Something Hannah Johnson told me once that I remind myself of often is "Be fearless in the pursuit of what sets your soul on fire". Wise words from a wise woman.

To say that the last year has been filled with ups and downs would be an understatement, but the hardships aren't what I want to focus on here, because we've all got our own adversities.
The last six months especially has been a time of rediscovering who I am and who I want to be. Reminding myself of my values, and finding people who share those same values.

This has led to something I have been yearning for for a long time happening. Feeling inspired and passionate again.
I want to learn more about lifting, life, business, to further my career. I want to take lessons to play music again, something that brought me joy , relaxed me, and could share with close ones. I want to be the best I can on and off the platform.

A big thing that helped make this happen has been having like minded people around me, and more importantly finally letting some of those people in. I'm incredibly grateful for those who have been in my circle, they deserve to know their roll and I want to make a point to return the favor.

I want to share the steps I'm taking to make myself better with all of you, because I'm also  grateful for you reading these logs.
