Last Sunday was my final suit day before the meet.
The goal was to stay light, working up to a last warm-up with my brief and suit bottoms.
Worked up to 650. It moved well and felt light on my back.
Finished wth 4 sets of glute-ham raises 4 sets of reverse hypers and 4 sets of pulldown abs.
Monday was my final bench day, and since Thursday would have been too late, I decided to do the last day of my raw cycle, just to close it out. The plan was 275 for 6 sets of 6, and I did them pretty easily. I didn't push the weight on the last set because I'm supposed to be deloading by now.
Did 4 sets of pulldowns, 4 sets of rope triceps extensions and 4 sets of dumbbell lateral raises.
Nothing left to do but some light feeder workouts and cutting weight!
