So I'm not going to say too much more about the PLExp2 experience for a few reasons, but mainly because a lot of my teammates have done a great job articulating the highlights of the seminar, the after-party with the team/ shenanigans that went on (at least the parts that can be shared publicly...) and the Training that took place on Sunday.

Check it out at Dave Kirschen's (aka my new not really Jewish future husband) log: https://www.elitefts.com/training-logs/powerlifting-experience-2-part-deux/

And of course a lot of highlights of the weekend involve the love of my life Murph-- so might as well hear it from the man himself: https://www.elitefts.com/coaching-logs/powerlifting-experience-2-wrap-up-and-some-thoughts-geared-lifting/

That being said, I'll just add that the weekend was by far one of the most amazing experiences I've ever had. The camaraderie, love, shenanigans, and bonding that took place-- and happened almost instantly-- just goes to show that Team EliteFTS is truly a family. I also got to see my teammates/the coaches on the team in action, really upholding the standard that Dave has set for the company. The "Live, Learn,Pass On" mantra, is so much more than that. It's what EliteFTS is founded upon, and every single person on this Team is 200% dedicated to staying true to those words.
