This is just finishing up conditioning work for last week (2/26). Nothing special, but if I didn't write it, it didn't happen.

For those of you playing at home, you'll notice no prowler or hiit work was done. Yep, it's lost its luster. That stuff is hard. I need to harness my inner Selkow and condition hard at least once a week.
