I haven't benched heavy for a couple months now. I've had some pec and shoulder issues in the past and recently had another pec strain. I'm currently preparing for the 21 Deadlift salute at the Arnold in March, so, not benching isn't too big of a deal right now.
I decided to push it a little more than I have the past couple months because I have been feeling pretty good. I don't think I've gone past 275 recently, this workout I hit that for an easy, pain free triple, so I kept going.

Weighted Pullups with a 35lb plate - wide grip
1x8, 1x7,6,5,4,3,2,1 - with as little rest as possible. I've been trying to add these in once per week in addition to the extra back work i'm doing for my deadlift meet.
